Deploying an update

You saw how easy it is to build the update client. Of-course, ultimately you will need to deploy an update:

1. Select the update server view

2. Deployment

You can deploy as many files to the client as your require (we have customers with multi-Gigabyte updates). In addition, you can update the registry and execute files at various update stages on the client.

Note that to save bandwidth you can deploy zip files, which the update client will unzip. In addition, the update client supports DLL registations. And to maintain integrity, all files include a CRC check.

3. Actions

Flexibility is our goal. Update actions allow you to define dynamic messages to display at the client. Each update can also be made a critical or silent (fully transparent) update.

4. Build!

Our tool will collect all relevant files and update to your update server.
